Every culture has proverbs exclusively dedicated to weather and farming, and that’s how we decided to celebrate the month of May. “Maggio vai Adagio” (May, go slow!) refers to the weather warming up, but not too much… There is no need to water the vegetable garden every morning, it is un-necessary to lighten up the wardrobe just yet. May always carries surprises in the form of hale-storms or heavy rain.
Our menu for the month will reflect this slow and progressive transition into warmer weather by serving hearty items that are seasonal, rich in flavor and will make you start to impatiently waiting for some real backyard summer action!
